Ohhh...That's how you do it

Owen had his school Christmas party last week. They had lots of fun and "Santa" came to visit and even brought a present for each of the kids. Owen showed me how to wrap a Christmas present with his foot, paint with shaving cream and decorate a Christmas tree w/ Cheerios.

His very best friend is Davis. They are two peas in VERY DIFFERENT pods and are inseparable!!!

O-ee loves school, his teachers and we love them for taking O four days a week!!!

Let the Music Play

Baker had his first band concert last week. He did very well considering it's only been 3 months since he has started playing the saxophone. Nano the Great,Grandma and Grandpa and Noni and Granddad all came out to see him preform and do his 3 solo's. He did a great job.

Let the Countdown Begin

So...only 26 more days...are you ready...?

Turkey Time

Our Thanksgiving was crazy as usual. We did double time at both sets of parents homes. We ate at Michael's parents home and then went over to my parent's home after. Before the day got started, Mike played turkey bowl with Baker with our ward and well...they played turkey bowl.

I stayed home with the boys and we made dessert. It was fun to have their help, and their help I certainly had.

I must say...I am truly thankful for each of them and their helping hands this year. I am grateful for my family and extended family. I am grateful to my Father in Heaven for blessing me with a husband that I just could never live without. I am grateful for all that He has given me this year and continues to bless my family with. I know that all we are fortunate to have comes from Him and for that I am truly grateful. I feel blessed each day to wake up to a loving husband and four beautiful and healthy sons and truly, that is the greatest gift.

And Another One Bites the Dust...

A birthday that is. Well, I'm into my 35th year. I have been waiting for this day for a LONG time. My magic age, I have always wanted to be 35 and so now I have entered into my 35th year and plan on enjoying it to it's fullest.

I received cake, in all it's forms. I got my first Sprinkles Cupcake. I have been wanting one ever since they opened here. I have given them as gifts but never treated my self and so Mike gave me one for my birthday. Also, my dad got me my favorite 7 layer cake and a double chocolate fudge cake too. We, Mike and I went out for dinner and a movie and my mom had the boys spend the night. It was a successful day and I plan the the year to come following the say way.

He Did NOT Just Do That...

As a family we watch Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe on the Discovery channel. Some are dirty, some I find odd, some I just don't understand, and then there was the one we watched tonight.

I do not usually get to disgusted with things. I tend to like blood and guts but there was something about THIS one that well,...if you are wanting to just be grossed out and shake your head in ahhh, then I have the eposode for you here!!!Beware, you may not want to eat for a while. I highly recommend it for your viewing curiosity. It IS disgusting! Don't get me wrong, however, it is intriguing at the same time.

Enjoy...or not... and let me know what you think
